Milk Foam *Sans Espresso Machine*

Rumor Alert: Apparently excellent milk foam can be had by merely shaking a glass jar of milk.

Exact instructions are as follows: Add 1/2 C cold milk to a glass jar, shake until volume doubles (approx. 30 seconds). Microwave for 30 seconds.

When I get a chance to test this, I'll post results. Could save me a lot of money on a real frother!
